Spoken with M. Summers and Connall Radford about this.
I logged out by the normal way. Wait 10 seconds to abot from the game. Afterwards i got a screen to wait untill the sync was complete. after that the message on screen told me that the data was send to the server. I trusting that all my items were saved. After logging back in after a few hours, I sadly saw that the handgun and mags are gone. Its has costs me a lot of money to get it.
