Smooth Aim?

So I log on after 2-3 days of not playing and suddenly this happens when I aim in 3rd or 1st person, its really bugging me and I cant find a fix, anyone dealt with this issue?

You've got Aiming Deadzone activated in your settings.

It basically creates and area in which you can aim without moving the viewpoint of your soldier.
