My explanation:
First of all, Timothy changed the story completely, and the only "solid" evidence he gave is a picture of him in jail, when i sent him there. he wrote alot of wrong things about me and please let me tell you what really happend: I was looking for a guy named "Timothy Godfrey" because he was on the wanted listed, i passed by the Handguns store and saw a random guy, i asked him if he knew a guy named "Timothy Godfrey" and he said "How do you know my name? That's a break of RP!" -he admited his name is Timothy Godfrey. i knocked him out and restrained him (no other way to restrain) after that because i only asked if he knew this guy, i didn't announce his name is Timothy. when i drove to the BH HQ he was complaining about me breaking RP and swearing me so i didn't keep talking to him.
I feel really bad for getting banned because Timothy gave a wrong version of what happend and he didn't even have solid evidence, i like this server..
If i was guilty i would admit, but i think it's was wrong to ban me.
