2015-01-18 aprox 15:20 server time.
Description of what happened:
I was running some oil, As i passed the handgunstore towards oil processing my wheel got shot out and a bounty hunter "Smith Jr" ran up to me and said "can i get your name?" I said "no", at which point he knocked me out, stuck me in his car and said "I see ur name is Timothy and u are wanted." When I said "I never gave u my name, let me out or I'm gonna have to report you for breaking RP." He continued to drive me to the HQ and said "Since u confirmed ur name is timothy u are going to jail." and he just stuck me in there.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, I spoke to him and said he were breaking RP etc etc, I also texted him after he stuck me in jail saying "Why are u abusing ur powers, I dont think u can get away with that" to which he did not respond.

The only screenshot is of him sticking me in jail so I wouldnt say that its providing proof but its all i can do I'm afraid, if u need further backing up, I was playing with a guy called "Woohan" who said he would be happy to back me up on this since he saw the entire thing. We'd be happy to come on TS or something to talk it through. In my opinion I dont think people who abuse the powers of BH should be allowed to play cuz this event actually made me want to stop play on the server almost, since its a heavy RP server and he didnt RP at all.
Hopefully u take this seriously and hope this guy gets what he deserves.
