Now till now sometimes i would rather die in a fight then do something which i dont know if is allowed or not, so now ill be asking all the questions that are grey zones or not explained in depth.

I have acclimated in this community and i am really enjoying my time here, so i would hate getting banned/reported for a so called "Grey Spot".

1. If i shoot a heli warning shots, does it become an active firefight?

2. If i get shot while im in a heli, am i allowed to land safely somewhere and shoot them? And if the answer is yes then for how long does that go for? 

(For example: I am in an MH9 getting shot warning shots... am i allowed to land in negades and shoot the people that have tried shooting me + people in the same area as the people who shoot me if they have a weapon?)

3. Is there a duration for a firefight?, if so then how long is it? i have been told that if you get shot at, then as long as you have visual of them, you can shoot on sight. is that true?

4. In an active firefight, If i have a weapon on my back are people allowed to KOS?

5. If someone shoots my gang member and i can see him do it, am i allowed to KOS without him saying "I have friends in the area" ?

6. Based on what can police search my houses?

7. I once saw a support member that has said that saying in ts the amount of cops in order to sell drugs at higher price isnt allowed. (Which i know is correct)

But he also stated that it WOULD be fine if it was in order to check how many cops for an HM robbery. Is that true?

These are the questions i was able to come up with for now... list will be updated when me or my friends have further questions.

Im thanking a head of time since its possible i wont be able to in the future since im in switzerland atm,

Would be classified as baiting most likely. If you're hovering above someone, until they start shooting at you, and then start shooting back.

No, you are warning the helicopter to leave the area with warning shots, If the helicopter doesn't leave the area then you are free to open fire on it.

(3.8) WarningShots - Warning Shots - 3 shots to the front and 3 shots to the rear of the helicopter will be regarded as warning shots. This is the servers universal sign indicating that someone is telling you to leave. If you don't adhere to said warning shots, the helicopter may be fired upon.

If you are shot at (Not issued warning shots) Then by all means you are free to engage on targets on the ground that are firing on you.

Yes, if no shots have been fired within 3-5 minutes then you need to re-initiate RP, if you have been following someone who has been in combat but you/they haven't shot then you need to initiate again. If you have been taking/receiving shots then no new initiation is needed as the gunfight never stopped.

4. In an active firefight, If i have a weapon on my back are people allowed to KOS?

This is a hard one to judge, it all depends on the situation. Me, if you dumb enough to run around a hostile situation with a gun on your back, be prepared to be shot. But that doesn't mean you can shot anyone with a gun on their back, but say you take shots from a building and a guy with a gun on his back runs out of you, kill him. You see a guy walking down a street casually, don't shot him.

5. If someone shoots my gang member and i can see him do it, am i allowed to KOS without him saying "I have friends in the area" ?

No, either you need to initiate on them, or leave. If you were to shot at them, they'd have to idea why they were getting shot, as no mention of gang mate's were brought up. 

6. Based on what can police search my houses?

If they have evidence that you have weapons/drugs in it. SI authorisation is needed.

But he also stated that it WOULD be fine if it was in order to check how many cops for an HM robbery. Is that true?

HM are hard, as 10 cops are needed in-game. You can use TS/in-game phone to judge how many cops are online, same goes for fuel station robberies.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

3 minutes usually since the last shot has been fired is when combat is over and if you wish to shoot again you would have to re-initiate, you can't sit on a hill waiting with them in your sights for 10 minutes and then shoot again.

Yes, if you are known to have any form of weaponry (whenever backpacked, holstered or not) you can be killed. If there's an active gunfight and you don't want to be shot do not go anywhere near it. Even if you do not have any weapons don't go anywhere near it, you can expect to be killed and should expect to be.

5. If someone shoots my gang member and i can see him do it, am i allowed to KOS without him saying "I have friends in the area" ?

If you or your gang members hasn't made it clear that there is friends in the area and to shoot him would result in the shooter being shot it would be low quality roleplay and therefore RDM.  (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play.

6. Based on what can police search my houses?

Police can search your houses if there is a witniss to illegal activity. Such as storing weaponry, drugs, gold etc. Or a man is seen to have an illegal weapon in the house. Police can also raid your house if you have a bounty of 750k or higher or is involved in cop killings, drug trafficking and is being used for illegal activities such as hostage taking. House raids can also be authorised by a SI in police.

(7.2.1) There needs to be at least 10 Police officers online, please check this before turning up. The vault is coded so it won’t open if there is less than 10 police online so it will be a waste of your time.

I might be wrong in some points, I'm no support member but I hope its some help.

what if it isnt for the sake of a gunfight? i fly over weed with my chopper very often, and police always give me warning shots... what can i do?

Is there a rule saying this? i have been told by a member of this community that this is police rules and as long as he has visual on us then he can KOS.

Can a support member give me a second opinion since i have talked to @F A D E so he can talk to an admin and i have been told "It falls under 'Common sense' and in real life if you see your friend get shot, then you will fire at them even without the friend stating he has friends in the area"

I meant, am i allowed to say and meta game "There are X cops online, so we cant do HM" for example? i have been told if its for HM its allowed.
