Description of what happened:Myself, SGT McTavish, and PC Nathan Batman were responding to a distress call at police checkpoint. I shot the tires of a off-road then hit slick with a rubber bullet. About 3 seconds after I restrained him he somehow got free then shot me. If he wasn't to have done that the situation could of ended differently.
What Rule Was Broken ?:Exploiting
