I can understand this better then i want to admit,In my case it stems from Depression,Something i struggle with daily,I'm not saying you have this,But it does have many forms & sometimes i find it helps to talk,Just saying i'm always checking the forums & my ear is always open to anyone for any reason.

If your just not tired,ignore my senseless ramblings,I have my ups & Downs.

Well, weed Works with me very good. Also turn off your PC 1-2 hours before you want to sleep and try to turn Down all the lights around the house.

I once had a friend that always did this 1-2 hours before he would sleep, he would also put on some chill Beach sounds and something like that. It Works really great.
