Description of what happened: MD and I were driving a man back to the hospital for a check-up and to remove a piece of medical tubing that was stuck in his anus.... He got stuck in the car and we had to unlock it in order for him to get out, and this hobo runs up and gets in. He promptly crashes both of his front wheels out and is moving very slow, but refuses to get out.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 13: Clothing/Equipment
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No. He left right after.
