Description of what happened:We were on our way to"camping" the herion field when we saw a hatchback driving off , we pulled him over wanted to do a routine check for one of my PCSO , assoon my PCSO asked to get out of the vehicle , he logged out..
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No. I waited for a hour to wait for him to get back online maybe he really had internet isseus but didnt come online.

I was one of the PCSO's on scene, i can confirm this happend.

This is all true, Me, PC Miller and another PCSO discovered a hachtback heading from Pygros to the airfield. We ran a radar scan on that guy and then decided we where going to do a routine check to see if he got any drugs on him. We hit his car because of the de sync and began the routine check on that guy. He did seen bit out of it while driving in front of ous, like he wanted to stop, yet he did not. After the PCSO yelled: sir could you get out of your veucle? The guy ratted from the server.
