Description of what happened:
I was out side the police station talking to some officer I came out side so I guy acting weird so I started talking to him
told him my name, asked what was his name after checking the bounty hunter database I found outsomeone with the same name was wanted so I asked him if he would come with me, he ran so I tased him that is when he combat logged.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Nope he logged off.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after):
Can upload the video if admins want but did not feel the need to as the screenshot shows it all.
