Please copy and paste the rule you broke: 2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

This is by far my favorite game/server/community. I am not gonna lie, I did shooting him while he lieing on the floor, I didnt think that through. And I promise it will not happen again. I know it says in the rule "Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal" so I know there is a low chance of this appeal being accepted. But what I did was huge mistake from my side. For me ICE 1 was laying still on the floor since he got VDMed til 5seconds before I successfully killed him, through that hole time when he was trying to shoot me, I was trying to knock him out and ziptie him and I didnt not see him move at all, due to desync. Again, I am terribly sorry! I apologize to ICE 1 for ruining his roleplay and loosing his stuff. This will not happen again if I my appeal gets accepted.
