Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: Arrested sillybaga, (he is still in handcuffs) Pulled him out the car... He then runs off opens fire on everyone.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Glitching handcuffs and Opening fire on everyone.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No... He would not come on teamspeak.
