Brief Summary:

An app used for black market drug dealing.

Detailed Suggestion:

An app that is used as a place for drug dealing without running the risk of being tracked. This is similar to the 'Burner Phone' suggestion however this could be an alternative to that solution. As we all know Police can track tweeds and they will not hesitate to do so if it is anything to do with weapons or drugs and rightly so. The issue with this is that IRL gangs or dealers would not be using public sites to advertise such things, they will use burner phones etc. The Dark Web is also used for the untraceable selling and purchasing of Illegal goods. I thought rather than having to develop a whole new version of phone, why not create an app where posts are untraceable and you can message one another within the app maybe? This combines the idea of burner phones and the use of the black market in real life. It would not be too overpowered as Police would still be able to go undercover here to organise and perform 'stings' etc.

The Pros:

+ Benefits gangs and criminals
+ Huge boost to the cities drug business

The Cons:

- Dev Time (as per)

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

I don't believe there would be enough of a significant change to be detrimental to the economy of the city however it would most definitely affect the Drug Economy.

This would just make drugs even more lowrisk than they are. You got groupchats you can use to talk to your customers already which are anonymous. And there are numerous ways you can reach out to people than posting on tweedle! Be creative and you will not get caught and still be able to have a reach to customers!

I would like to add, that this could cause an imbalance on the server, where people would use this app more instead of tweedle.

-1 Personally dont see the point i prefer interacting with the people in person instead of using phones to interact i belive the meeting the dealer aspect just makes it more interesting instead of looking at a BTEC tweedle looking for the best price

-1 If you think dealers wouldn't advertise drugs on public sites then you just need to not advertise on public sites and find other-ways of doing it.

Yeah I see what you mean. I have not personally had an issue with selling on tweedle it was more just turning the burner phone idea into an app however I can now see why this wouldn't really work.
