Greetings and salutations. I hope all is going well on this glorious day. Well, i'm glad this was caught on video because if you go to 14 seconds you hear a young player, Gaming Alive, give orders to Nikolai Valgin to kill me. There is no RP in this and it is attempted RDM. He also breaks NLR because he is holding a grudge against me, after I had already died multiple times.

The story begins about 2 weeks ago when i meet this player, Gaming Alive, for the first time as [TI] Petersson is assembling his "hobo army." It was a very fun evening full of funny RP, but GamingAlive was being a bad person and RDMing people in Kavala. Eventually, I got tired of this and tried to tell the cops that he was carrying an illegal rifle. After this, Gaming alive and his posse tied me up and excecuted me.

Fast forward a few days later, every time Gaming Alive sees me, he ties me up, knocks me down in the street, shouting insults at me or just RDM's me, just all around being a toxic player/bully.

Gaming Alive sees me again and tries to start shit and then orders Nikolai to kill me. Where's the roleplay?

Anyway, I'm glad to actually see that someone else reported Gaming Alive and actually banned him as per this post

I want to be unbanned so I can continue my life in Altis. Ever since I moved there I felt like I was free from the world. It's paradise to me.

I feel like i've been wrongfully banned. They tried to kill me on site. RDM is a bannable offense. I've never met those group of people before, ever. They just wanted to gang up on me for no reason

Also, according to the Law of Altis 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

I didnt log off during a firefight. It was attempted RDM (highly illegal) and I wasn't shooting back.

I wasnt resisting arrest

• Arrest, the action of police or other authority to apprehend and take under guard a person who is suspected of committing a crime

The police weren't chasing

I didn't log off whilst downed

I would most certainly add that if you still feel that I was banned appropriately, after all, then I offer my sincerest apologies. It's something I won't ever do again. I promise.

In request, I would love to have a couple of future clauses added to the rule 1B list such as "logging off while getting robbed by another player" or "Logging off while being kidnapped by another player" or even "logging off while cornered by a group of armed players" in order to be a little more specific, just for newer players.

Please have mercy on my soul. I need to see that beautiful island. I want to drive on the highway from Kavala to the UNMC and back. I want to be not the hero Kavala needs, but the hero it deserves.

We do not add rules for people who have no common sense. You think that you can log off in the middle of a robbery or when you are being shot at?

I will watch the videos provided when you were banned when I am on my lunch break to see if it was attempted RDM like you said and not you just rage quiting because of the obvious history between you and the guy robbing you.

Just watched both of the videos that were on your report and I can honestly say there was no RDM involved. You were told multiple time to stand still and drop your gun and even said yourself "hold on ill do it now" before combat logging right in front of about 6 guys. One of the most blatant abuses of it I have ever seen. You then have the balls to come here and try to say you were being RDM'd when you clearly were not.

Denied due to the things mentioned above and because you have been banned already.
