Description of what happened: I was attempting to transport this player to the Police HQ but SHTURM was glitching the restraints to enable not only stealing of the vehicle, but also gettting in and out of the vehicle.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking
