Should there be more rebel vs rebel?

So recently I have been on my police holiday and found that the island is very calm between two rebel factions.

I am not sure if I am just not seeing much of it or if I am just not at the right areas. I was thinking why don't rebels camp the weed processors and like wait for some random gang or even a hobo come about and take his stuff and sell it for the gain and purpose.

I find it a way to save some time and earn some money. Surely maybe not some random hobo in a offroad trying to sell his weed for the first time but maybe some gangs could go up against larger gangs and steal their possessions. 

Like I said I have only been on police holiday for a while and I have not seen much of it but I would like to see some more of it mainly cause it would add some interesting wars between different factions.

I can tell you, they do. When I'm playing as rebel, I'm always seeking for those drugdealers and then picklock their trucks at the drugdealer, lol. Free weed .

Yeah, idk I just don't see much of it since I was told when trying to snipe people at weed processor that rebels don't mess with you unless you mess with them. Kinda came into a discussion on there being more competition since hobos could crash the market so fast. Plus saves you the hastle of picking the weed, just take their hard work off of them plus get the pay! 10/10 get rich again.

Rebels are always hanging around processors and stealing things. May not be the bigger gangs all the time but it still happens. To be honest the ones that do it all the time I think its just a cheap tactic and a crappy way to make a quick buck.
