Description of what happened:
Crashed my car after a chase, unfortunately didn't get the guy who I was chasing on record cause he combat logged.
This guy came with his quadbike and I noticed something very strange with him very quickly.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, he disconnected almost instantly after the video.
