Shadow Play not working

Mi shadowplay ain't wukin. Ges wot, naw everiwun faken ar de ems me.

Errror code 0x0003 (Try rebooting then relaunch)

Obviously I have and it no wuk plz help.

Or if you know anything else I can download to capture previous gameplay to catch the bastard RDMers.

Would reccomend Plays.tv over shadow play any day, unless you are planning on recording on a resolution bigger then 1920x1080 all the time, plays will do you fine. 
Only time I use shadow play is to record cinematics in 4K.
