i gave the order for Sgt rickard to eliminate the target as he was obviously giving out our positions to the enemy even when on nlr which is a rule break in itself

it is when your actively telling people in the same fight things that are happening

i understand that as long as you are 1km away from where you died then nlr doesnt come into play however when you are waiting out your nlr you cannot communicate any details of the battle to any of your team mates which is what you were clearly doing, this is why when my men are dead i tell them to either mute there teamspeak for the 15 minutes or leave the operations room until they are allowed to re enter the fray

Come on now blaze. So you are trying to say that RDM is ok when you think the guy you are killing is breaking NLR? Even if it was all right to kill someone breaking NLR you had no way of knowing for sure if he was calling out positions unless you Metagamed.

no of course rdm is not ok but ths isnt rdm as this is an on going battle its just like me saying that when you killed 2 of my guys 1.6km away from the battle at the checkpoint without warning it is rdm as you had no way of knowing it was prna without metagaming . Im fed up of people constantly attacking us and killing us on sight yet they run straight to the forums crying when they dont like something that happened during the battle, for fuck sake guys just grow up enjoy the fun and stop moaning at every oppertunity, there not been one report against any of you guys during these fights even though youve crossed the rules many times so far,

you had no way of knowing for sure if he was calling out positions unless you Metagamed.
 You had no way of knowing it was us lock picking unless you "metagamed". So lets just get on with the game. I could just deny it but reports like this are killing my will to live. Its like looking after a toddlers  24/7. Il let another admin deny this one.

My Opinion;

You should have kept on driving.

Although you are outside of the NLR area, you were still killed in the (ongoing) fight against the PRNA.

You should have just pretended you did not know them.

To hang around and call out locations is the same as driving into the NLR zone and fighting.

I agree .. you should have NOT told your Gang Members about what was happening and Metagame that this is an PRNA Member.

BUT how could you guys know he is a Member of the Gang you were fighting?

Or how could you know that he is telling other people what is going on?

You see a guy. Sitting in a normal car. Watching you lockpick an Ifrit.

Not even one word was spoken like "Drive off or you will be shot upon." Nothing.

No RP engaged.
