This could have been solved in TS, after watching McTavish's point of view I understand that he didn't have rubbers loaded by mistake and it was also looking like I was turning towards him when he shot me, I was out of order for running to the forums without messaging him about the situation and I made this report in the heat of the moment, could someone please lock this and move it to rejected.

I seen you jump out the hunter, and pull out a large rifle getting into position to engage police, i gave you the chance to drop the weapon and you didn't so I engaged.

I didn't even realise I had used lethal rounds because I went up to restrain you twice.

You could have come and spoke to me before reporting me instantly but oh well, and I could have replaced your gear if that's what you were worried about

Was at the scene, you was about to kill a police officer, you holstered your gun after he shot you first, RP was initiated before hand when we had shot at the hunters tyres. SGT Mctavish was in my TS channel after he had shot you his words where "Shit i used lethals, i thought they was rubber bullets". You can also see SGT Mctavish run up to your body to try and restrain you.

Please show the full video as you and i both know this only dictates SGT Mctavish in a bad manner, This has got way out of hand this was far from RDM. I will say no more.

I was there as well, and I heard McTavish say that he thought he had rubber bullets. Also note with the shit storm going on last night, it was an all out warzone in Kavala for hours. Tensions were high, and when you watch McTavish's video, he doesn't load the lethal mags, he just puts the gun into his weapon slot. I believe his intent was to rubber bullet you, and not execute you.

I'm not going to mention names since we settled it on teamspeak, but I was executed in a similar manner after I put my hands up, and was shot down to 1% health in the crossfire. Another person saw on my screen my char do the gun out and gun back on animation, and he promptly killed me. With video/server lag, it happens, and after discussing it with them, I forgave them.

Ben if you remember a similar situation awhile ago during a gold buyer operation, killed you with lethals, when I believed I had rubbers in at the time. We spoke about it on TS, and you said it wasn't a problem. Although this was when you were with UNMC and said you got gear for free as well.
