Description of what happened:
 
I was RPing with the Police and Gen. Blaze [uNMC] when Sgt. Brad trespassed into the Police station and VDM'd three people and drove over the barrier in the Police station in order to exit. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
Rule 5: Rest of Altis
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)

This screenshot was posted without me asking permission of Randomized however I think it is necessary that this is posted here purely because Brad stated he did it because he didn't want his Strider scrapped to Randomized.

ok i admit this doesnt look good but sgt brad admitted straight away that he made a mistake and spoke to the highest rank officer at the scene to apologise and admit it was a mistake, the officer accepted his apology and stated he wouldnt make a report i also apologised to the police and asked ti if we could sort it in house which the ti leaders agreed with ,

    however these rouge members of the gang are determined to do all they can to cause us problems i mean at the start of this it was ti benji who stole the strider and ran straight over 1st leiutenant white in his haste to drive as fast as he could to a police hq to get the strider scrapped which seems to be what all rebels do at the moment, steal striders then run to the police for help.

I can only plead in sgt brads defence is that he has never caused a moments trouble on this server before and admitted his mistake as soon as it happened and actually went to the people in question and apologised straight away, its a shame some of these people who play this game just to try and get people banned dont take a leaf out of brads book as weve all made mistakes even the poster of this thread was guilty of vdm not 20 minutes before this incident  but instead of talking it out like adults these little children would prefer to cause as much drama as they possibly can

Alright, so I'll explain my side of the story:

Me, Gen. Blaze and Lt. White went into TI base in a strider, Ben here hopped on a .50 cal and killed me and at the same time Lt. White hopped out in order to kill Ben but he was too quick for White and instead hopped into the strider and drover over Lt. White in order to escape from his base without being killed himself. Gen. Blaze was still in the strider so Lt. White could track the strider. After my NLR timer was up I joined back in the chase of the strider which eventually took us to Athira HQ where the police were talking to Blaze and Ben. I saw this as an opportunity to steal the strider back without having to attack the base and so I snuck into the HQ and got in the strider which was unlocked. Then as you can see by the video there was some people in between me and saving the strider (kind of the same position Ben was in at his base but with less people) and I made a hasty decision to drive straight through them. This was definitely the wrong decision but in the heat of the moment I decided to do it. I guess in the heat of the moment I thought it would be ok because I was in an armoured vehicle and they were obstacles in my way to freedom. I should have given them time to move but I highly doubt they would've moved and instead they would have told me to just get out of the car, but as I said it was in the heat of the moment and was a stupid decision on my part which I am truly sorry about.

I'd just like to say I am very sorry for what happened and have spoken and apologized to everyone that was involved. I can assure you that if I am given another chance nothing like this will ever happen again.

Once again I am sorry and I hope that Ben can get over the horrors of me running people over as the people who were actually run over did.

As Colonel of the UNMC, I feel compelled to reply to this, as I see some shady motives here that unnerve me.

As you can see in the movie, three people got run over. Lharmon, which is one of ours, offduty. Then there was the two cops. As made clear from both Blaze's and Brad's perspective, the police officers were talked to. It was solved like men, between the people involved.

In the template for reporting people it asks you:

Basicly, you are not even involved. I understand the officer said he would back you, because ofcourse it is a case of VDM. What I'm struggling with to understand is your motives for this report. Is it out of hostility against the UNMC, or do you honestly feel that even after something is resolved between players, you must play the Knight or High Moral Standards and still report it? If that is the case, I would wonder how many reports on players would show up.. This question is in the template, I think, to prevent these situations.
 
So maybe, just maybe, you should look into the mirror tonight and question your own motives for this report.

You are implying we're going out of our way to find your Striders and scrap them can you just tell me again were I got the Strider from?

I'm pretty sure it was inside the TI base.

We are in the middle of a gang war with MSF and you obviously show up to help them out which I have no problem with you're allies, they helped you in Paros so they're in your debt so to speak.

Anyway, you pull up in the TI base and I jump on the 50Cal and spray the strider, I kill Sgt. Brad and reverse the Strider out of the base, we actually got pretty lucky a Strider could have given us a big advantage in the battle ahead, it wasn't my intention to immediately run to the Chop Shop / Police until I notice you Blaze were in the Strider with me, that opened up a completely different role play scenario, who wouldn't want a UNMC member in the back of a Strider they have just stolen.

The change of plan was to drive to Kavala and hand you into the Police for crimes against humanity and the people of Altis in regard to what happened in Paros where many civilians and Police died because of the UNMC liberation, I admire the UNMCs role play and I don't have a problem with the UNMC and do not understand why it is taken to a personal level, either way that's irrelevant.

After all this is a role play server and I would much rather go and role play a situation in the Police station instead of sitting in the middle of the red zone throwing money into a gunfight that I do not want to waste when there is such a good role play opportunity sitting in the back of the Strider I have just stolen, which was going well and ended well, you were let go because there was no evidence against you and I was sent to prison for killing Sgt. Brad, there was no issues with what happened at all, Sgt. Brad taking the Strider however was not needed at all and ruined role play chances, I am pretty sure it would have been scrapped as soon as randomized landed, or even before that when the other officer was speaking to me inside of the Strider, this could have played out completely differently if the Strider wasn't taken from the Police station, I could have made a run for it, so could you or it could have simply got scrapped.

In regard to you accusation that I VDM'd White I was not even aware of that, I simply reversed out the base in the direction you entered, all I remember was White jumping out of the Strider and shooting me on the 50cal before I managed to get inside the Strider I don't remember running him over at all I believe he was in front of the Strider, and I reversed out, I don't have a problem with White he's a good guy and I have no reason to VDM anyone intentionally so if I did I am sorry.

I do not think it's fair that you post in here that we act like little children and like to cause as much drama as we possibly can, because it's simply not true, I don't have any issues with anyone in the UNMC on a personal level, I am simply playing a game I enjoy and it just so happens that the Rebel Gang I am in does indeed like to rebel against your own group, If we are the children then I would like to know why you messaged a member of TI on teamspeak after we took 2 of your men in a hostage situation earlier telling him you're going to declare war if we did not return the hostages, in role play you would have no idea we were TI, so if what we do in your eyes is childish I fail to see what category your doings come under.

Anyway no grudges, I don't dislike any member of the UNMC on a personal level and I would treat them on a personal level like I do with my own gang members this is a community we are all here to have fun in, this issue is due to someone breaking the server rules which I am suppose to report so I have done this isn't a personal attack which I feel like you're trying to make out it is.

I actually think that this report is a complete attack against the UNMC!! It is obviously so due to the fact that this VDM had no effect on you what so ever and was resolved between all parties involved and you knew this but then decided to act like a child and use the forums as a weapon to get rid of one of our important members and I'm sure that others will see it this way as well.

It seems to me that what happened was Sgt. Brad tried to drive over the barrier, which is entirely possible in a strider, and someone opened it midway, causing him to flip and VDM someone

Ben I think the other members of the UNMC think that you only posted this because of the recentish drama that occurred between our two factions. They are just trying to defend me which I thank them for but I obviously broke a rule and all I can do is say sorry. If I am able to get back onto the server in the future this won't happen again if I am given a second chance and obviously wont happen again if I am banned. I have also reported rule breakers before and when a rule is clearly broken I would expect those responsible to be punished. I accept whatever punishment is decided for me. As for you Ben, thanks for trying to make the community a better place and if you didn't know that you ran over White in your base then fair enough.

He got a warning from me and we sorted it.

Also not nice to open the gate and make the vehicle flip.
