Server not found

Hello everyone! I have been playing in the server while ago and i want to play altis life so badly again! But i have one problem, my arma 3 server browser could not find the server, and a3launcher found but it stucked in Arma 3 screen. Do i have to download mods or something to join the server? Thank you for answers

Make sure you have no modes loaded, or click the server name at the top of the website to connect (ALTIS LIFE 1)

I tried to disable mods when i started Arma, i tried to press server name in top of the site, steam just says that server is not responding. What i should do next?

Edit: Yes! I waited like 30 minutes in server browser and it found it. I marked server as favourites
