Why is server 1 locked by admin?

Server has had a small update. It is however back up and you are free to connect

Yeah why are people able to join but it is locked for me???

whenever and update is rolled out, they lock and unlock the server at regular intervals to manage the amount of players logging in at one time, so as not to overload the server with 130 players downloading the new mission file.
