Server locked for me

Server is locked for me but my friend is on the server playing

Server has an update, as 50% is a whole new misson file.. they have taken 50%off and added a new vehicle. Its so that the server dosent overload while people download the misson file or it would just crash. Give it 20mins and it will be fine.

You can fine out updates here in future,
