Server locked by admin

I left the server at the restart (staying in the role screen) and once the restart happened the server was restarted and I was kicked from the server, I do some stuff for about half an hour and when I come back I can't join. My friends can still get on there and there is people joining at this moment but I can't. I haven't been banned or anything it just now doesn't let me on the server

From what ive noticed. Server 2 and 3 are often Offline. They only get turned on when Server 1 is full etc. They are all on the same database so just hop on Server 1 to play. Looks now like only 90 people on Server 1 so they turned the others off for now.
