Hey,

I came with idea because situation with "Capitol" is quite over, what about do VIP convoy.

Me and John Woll started  United Nations group and I want to do event. The UN Ambassador is going to fly to Altis to discuss situation with Mayor and Command of Police force, but due to accidental cause the helicopter in which UN Ambassador flew crashed somewhere on east side of island (exact location will be discussed with admins if it is going to pass). Ambassador, pilot and his bodyguard survived crash and need escort to Kavala Police station. Police will provide escort and rebels can actually try to ambush convoy and kidnap Ambassador to get ransom, but be aware if the price will to high police will probably try to rescue Ambassador by force.

I think this is possible to setup, you simply need volunteers for the plane crash ( pilot bodyguards maybe stewards etc) and ofcourse enough members of the police force willing to participate. The rebel part should not be a problem, you can even contact the bigger gangs to inform them about this. Maybe you don't need to crash the plane/ heli just make it an emergency landing. This could be a nice event no doubt about it
