Why is the server down?

They're adding the 50% discount to all items / vehicles on the server I believe.
Usually takes an hour or so for them to configure.

Mainly its because of @Wilco's internet speed (well, upload speed). The so called "configuration" is one change, 1 to 0.5

#BlameWilco'sInternet for not uploading the file 20 minutes ago.

It was a lot more than the donation change anyway, it was a few bug-fixes and cleanups.
