Server DeSync

As everyone knows and complains about Desync i want to know what does actually cause desync on the server? 

I have been on some other RP servers and the Desync is not that much as it is on RPUK, i like RPUK and the roleplay on it but its abit annoying with the Desync that we have to deal with everyday! 

Anyone has an explanation on what causes the Desync on the server so we would all know what is the Issue about.

Up until the last couple of days it wasn't that bad - I don't know if the servers still haven't restarted or something but it's been really bad over the last couple days, to the point where it looks like everyone is lag switching lol

I agree.

The last two days the Dsync was so insane that it took 68 sec to get my chopper from gang base.
We were also just two players there, and we ran from one side to the other side of the base, and it looked like we both pulled the plug for a sec.

I have no clue whats causing this, but I hope there is something that can be fixed
