Server 2 Never Up When 1 Is Full!?

Would just like to know why this is... as I can never get onto server 2 when 1 is full?

As discussed elsewhere a few days ago. There would be a lack of police and people would flock onto server 2 for the sole purpose of doing drugs.

True. Why do we have it then? 

I used to be in a gang (in the days when server 2 was almost 24/7) where they had no intention of RP just doing drugs and making money...

I would suggest making both servers with less max player count so people could spread out over 2 servers , this way i think lagg and desync will be reduced , police commanders could order half of online officers to go to second server when needed

Teamspeak would be great to communicate between 2 servers and monitor police activity , this way nobody has the annoying issue that they cant connect to server cause its full all the time

I think this will greatly increase player happyness

Maybe we set different police to each server ?

"Setting" police to a server will just reflect terrible on the community. People won't wanna be forced onto a server wih 10 people on it when they can go on a server with 70+. Would also split people from their friends etc and generally ruin most peoples experience on the game, turning it into a chore rather than enjoyment - in my eyes anyway.

Correct,same happened when two servers were open most of the police stayed on #1 due to lack of man power and mass recruitment for a second server would be a terrible idea.
