You clearly haven't visited the announcements section.
The nexus update a few weeks ago sent most Arma servers into a downward spiral of crashes. This has been getting progressively better because this community is in direct contact with Bohemia interactive developers.
Additionally Senior admins have updated the server hardware and some files I do believe which may be contributing to further crashes.
Be patients and browse before posting is my suggestion, there's been countless threads regarding the crashes by players and informative announcements by admins.
