Selling things to people

Is it against the rules to sell things to people such as:

Sell weed for 5k to people in kavala by saying in the street "Weed for sale!!!"

Selling a gun such as an MX Assualt Rifle for 100k by saying "MX Assualt Rifle for sale!!!"

Is it against the rules to do this?

I believe just selling stuff is allowed, but I think it's not allowed to advertise your wares on sidechat. E.g. "selling mx for 160k in kavala"

As long as there is no metagaming involved you can sell what you want. Just don't advertise in sidechat, phone message random people or use Teamspeak to advertise. Just stand along side the road and offer your wares, have satisfied customers spread the word =)

I use the harassment technique: This is were you go to Kavala PD and stand in front of their cars until they buy something. Very good!
