Would it be possible to add a garage onto the house later on? If not then I don't see the benefit of the weed field location if I can't retrieve my tempest. If I can add one on however I would be willing to pay about 550,000. I am willing to negotiate a price.

Im not sure but I thought you couldn't spawn trucks at garages? Can anyone confirm that?

You can't spawn commercial vehicles such as trucks at personal garages.
