You don’t pay to retrieve vehicles at owned garages. As such, if you use it enough you might end up saving money I guess....I don’t want to have to work out when it becomes viable but hey I guess it’s possible.

Its also because you can land a heli on top easily, which you cant do in the normal garage as it is a green zone.
