As far as I'm aware it will be a NATO drone so you will only be able to use it in a Blufor slot. It's basically useless unless you are police.

It aint going to work if its NATO drone. You are playing as a civ, you would need NATO terminal and you would have to be in NATO faction in order to be able to control it. Its useless for civs as far as I know q-p
