Pretty much what you said,
I offer to buy a house from you for X amount.
We agree to meet, you sell the house to the server, I then buy it from the server for normal price and give you the amount we agreed.
Obviously the method in which you use to ensure that neither party is able to get one over on the other is up to you.

It's nothing to do with staff so if they decide to attempt to steal the house by getting you to sell it, they buy it and then they flee without paying etc that's fine. Everything is at your own risk and obviously, must be roleplayed.
