Selling a house

Me and my friend have a house and we would like to expand, so we wanted to sell our house. Now, we don't have enough for a new house. But we were thinking: Do we get money for selling our house and how does the Altis Real Estate work. Because I don't understand the "housing" thing. Thank you for helping.

You can always sell your house on the Altis Real Estate by posting on the form and you will get offers for it if people are interested. If no-one is interested then good luck trying to sell your house

Ok so you have to actually sell it to people, you can't just 'abandon' it.

You can abandon it, but you won't get money of it, if you press windows key in your house then you can sell it that way, just remembered about that
