seatbelt audio

not sure when this started but if you use buttons for seatbelt you get the audio even if you are out of the car/ off bike nowhere near a car/bike even in menus on down on dpad u get the audio now,

have checked with few others who get the same thing

yeah, never noticed it tbh but just tried it and i can confirm this sound does still play
