Description of what happened: As seen in the video, man gets out of the vehicle, I continue walking down the street, and he just starts shooting me without saying a word.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, tried talking to him in side chat and from there he began to rage and flame on side chat saying the the server is bollox and the admins are cheaters.
