Scrapping Cars to get materials for crafting

Hi,

I would like to suggest the following activity.

Scrapping (Chopping) Cars - You would need to sign in to a Chop Shop which would send you jobs to accept, you would steal a car and break it down for materials which you can then exchange for the likes of electronics, rubber, etc which can be sold or used to craft different items to sell on the black market.

You would generally need to do this in groups of 2 or more so will increase the interaction between players which will inturn increase the RP.

The items could be sold to other players who in turn craft the items or the person can craft the items themselves and sell them. 

You can create an alternative market for the other businesses in the city, it also gives people something slightly different to do.

Pro's

• Alternative method of earning money
  
• Increase the interaction and RP among players across different stages
  
• An activity slightly illegal without being in the Police faces
  

Con's

• A lot of development to setup the chop shop and the ability to craft

Chop shop will always get positive votes. this one gets a plus one as well. its been requested multiple times and always ends up doing well  but has never been implemented. Im not sure if its just down the list or they dont like it.

+1 it would be nice to see some more criminal activity for both police and criminals. Would love to see this be run by players as well to provide some more unique opportunities both for criminal players with more RP interactions and also an opportunity for police to investigate and disrupt. 

Vehicles would need to be covered by insurance and there should be cool-down for a few days or so to not have the same peoples cars be targeted all the time.
