Scrapped my tempest?

My tempest blew up at Athira garage, I thought the officer impounded it (over an hour ago) but it hasnt returned, did he scrap it or does it take a long time?

If it blew up it should be back in your garage after restart.

I've had one or two times when it showed up after two server restarts. Maybe ask the officer? No other way to know without waiting a few hours and even then it could be a glitch.
