Scrap Yards?

I've been reading through the forum posts and changelog discussions but can't find/ have missed any discussions regarding this.

As most of you have probably realised scrap yards seem to have been removed. This isn't a complaint, I was just wondering what the reasoning was behind this, or whether it was going to be patched back in at a later date?

It was removed because people could exploit it and make a lot of money somehow. I guess it will be readded as soon as it fixes but not sure about this.

Thanks for the feedback@aTa. Just a follow up question from that, are you (or anyone reading) aware of any plans to rebalance scrapping prices, as a Tempest Device scraps for about £110k, whereas vehicles of a similar size - and therefore metal content sometimes scrap for significantly less? Also hummingbirds, which barely sell for anything despite being comprised of many complex parts?

I have no knowledge about the reintroduction or rebalancing of scrap yards, however we can look forward to the framework and see if that has anything!
