Scrap yard unbalanced?

According to everyone I have asked (quite a few) you can scrap a £6,000,000 mohawk and not a £2,000,000 hellcat, I am unsure if this is true and I would like to know what can and can't be scraped as there are no public information on scrapping and I always get a mixed response and it is confusing.

Indeed, each vehicle that is added has to be setup if the devs want it to be scrappable, by default they won't be.

If you think its worth changing then a suggestion post would be the way to go
