Description of what happened: Well i asked him to step out the car.... ( i think it was him anywayz) *Doesn't Mean he has any reason to kill me* He then hit me and drove off.... But he says i lagged on his screen (thats fine), So i went over to an dead officer to get a medic to revive him.. * Was DMed by a diff situation * This is when i got popped off by Scott Mcdermott * I Spoke to him on teamspeak he said because i asked him to get out the car, I initaited on him..... ( why he has a reason to kill me??? i dont have a clue ) *
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM, RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes but i think it so clearly RDM

I did not VDM you Damien as you stepped in front of my vehicle i do not know if there was a delay but i attempted to flee from you a second or two before you made it in front of my car i was initiated on my Multiple Cops in the same Area directly to my self and my Gang members who gave warnings to alot of people to back away or be shot.. You then stormed towards at me aggressively to get out the vehicle with the Gun raised at me Whilst there was an active on and off gun fight so i felt you was a threat to me and returned to the same road and Shot at you i agree the Rp was not the best and the Circumstances made it very confusing due to Pockets of Resistance all over Kavala with my gang member so Open Gun fights with the police was not very Clear..I tried to resolve this with you to put my side across and you made it very clear you was out to report me to in your opinion "sick of rebels" and i feel the way you Laughed as you said "Recorded"makes it even more clear you had made a solid statement in your mind you wanted me reported and removed from ALUK we Discussed for over 10 minutes and Various mentors tried to get you speak to me so some sort of resolution comes out of this where no bad feelings can be left in any way possible and you refused to multiple mentors and i quite "what is there to resolve" Even a few mentors agreed with me Typing is not a good way to resolve a situation and you made no clear effort to resolve anything

I agree the Role play should of been better but so should your attempt to resolve things in a noble mature manner you knew i was upset and stressed due to this being my last chance on Alits life as i didn't get off the right start and  just wanted to speak to you I wouldn't just openly report you because of Police in the past who have done me wrong so why do it to me someone you was talking to yesterday and Messaged me on ts saying how you enjoyed the RP with me on the Hostage Op im Pretty Gutted and upset about this I really wanted to resolve this before i went to work on a 10 hour shift as i will be overthinking and worrying about the Result of this report

Okay, @Damien Wood, you should really work on your resolving skills. Several different mentors and Scott himself tried to get you to talk it out, but you flat out refused. You also seem very happy about the fact you "GOT THAT". If you are feeling pressured or tired of dealing with rebels, don't let it out on one man, Scott in this case. It's a very bad attitude and not one I want to see in this section or anywhere else in the community. Take this as a warning..

And then @Scott Mcdermott.. The VDM I can see how it could be accidental, however the killing of the officer... come on. He was not a threat, he was literally tending to his downed colleague. He asked you to step out of the car, that's not reason enough for you to turn around, go after him, and kill him.

So in conclusion..
