Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): sawth + another bounty hunter with no name for evidence

Description of what happened: I was in Kavala, inside of the SZ, talking to another player, when 2 bounty hunters passed by, one jumped out & headed straight for me(sawth). Sawth then knocked me out & restrained me(while being in SZ) without saying a word. To me, it looked like SpecOps came for me
. After putting me into his car, we drove off then to BH HQ, where I was processed like a "thing" & not like a human being(again no RP). I was then sent to jail. He had an accomplice(another BH), who probably also doesn't understand the rules, but I couldn't get his name.
What Rule Was Broken ?: No RP was initiated, knocked out & restrained in safe zone
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried to inform him about the mistake he made(twice or 3 times), I did it, told him to check the rules, all what he said was " I am a bounty hunter ,man". I received no compensation, neither an acknowledgement from him that he made a mistake. I'm reporting him "for the good of the this community"! I gave him also a 2nd chance to compensate me(with a friendly hint to read the rules), I got no reply from him.
