I have an idea for a lottery. It would be player run and physically held at the casino. Tickets would be bought by players in person at the casino on a given day at a given time, advertised in advance. Hopefully it would be a regular event. It would be announced via tweedle that the lottery will open at x time so as to allow players to pick their numbers.
It will be a simplified version of the RL lottery (pick 3 numbers get a prize) type of system.
However this is massively open to scamming as it is player run gambling so I'm posting this here in the first instance to ask for permission to run it without falling foul of any accusations. I am happy to provide the scoring system behind the scenes as required. It is all based on an RNG system basically.
Would I need permission from the casino manager to do this?
Alternately I would look to run an illegal numbers racket (slightly different system) but again with full disclosure as requested.
