I have a salt villa that has 2 levels and can store 4 large containers.
the salt export is not farther than 400m
the garage (to pull out your vehicle) is around 350m
the therisa airport is around 1.3-1.9km away.
Won't let go unless i get a good price.
Bids start at 2.2mil.
if the price is less than 3.2mil insta reject.
Im looking for a B/O of 4mil we can negotiate.
add 50k-100k each time please.
This house is really good if you want to do salt and then store your truck in the garage and comeback later and spawn the truck and go sell the salt and you have an ATM within 100m
heres a front picture wont provide a picture on the map as to protect the house from robbers.
Reason im selling this is that i dont really need to do salt anymore..
