Description of what happened:
We saw Saimen doing copper/iron so we decided to setup at the trader, when he arrived we waited for him to sell all of his iron/copper after doing so, we ran out and had our guns pointed at him shouting "get out the truck and put your hands up!". After doing so his friend drove off in an Offroader and he logged out the server, 1 minute later he connected again, so I said in side chat "Saimen - You are not allowed to combat log when being robbed" (Or something along the lines) I then managed to text message him telling him it's against the rules, and he needs to send us the money via wire transfer, and he sends a message back saying "ok" and then logs out of the server again.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, I sent him a text message and tried speaking to him on side chat (not voice)

As you can see, in the top right I tried to message him again and he had already left the server.
