SAF, Whats this?

Development: The first big one is 7.62 suppressors which have been moved to SAF only due to the power of these attachments,

So i have ben bissy with rl stuff and just reading up on some of the Changes and Nerfs in general.

reading that the 7.65 suppressing has ben removed for assuming all factions accept the SAF, question.

What is SAF?
