This truck stopped behind me and shot me without a word

Yes i asked him to explain himself, which he ignored me.

Basically me and [sA] Zoke hijacked 2 HEMTT Boxes from the EXP clan so they came after us.

I crashed and didn't have time to repair as I saw 4 other EXP clan vehicles come up to us so I hid in some bushes and Zoke ran off with the truck. They killed him, I repaired my truck and tried to get out of there as I spotted one of these guys who were chasing us earlier run towards the town. I followed him and got out of my truck as you saw in the video, then I proceeded to tell him "put your hands up", he then turned around and told him "drop your weapon on the floor". In the video you can see [speaking] below my name but apparently I didn't talk so I'm sorry for that, I don't know if it was a bug or if I had mistakenly muted the mic by that time but they killed my clanmate a minute ago so I believe I had the right to KoS even though I did not intend to and tried to RP the situation out, therefore I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by my actions.

EDIT: You never contacted me to resolve the issue...

What the fuck are you talking about, i am not in exp and has nothing to do with your previous scenario. It is also not true that you followed me because i just spawned at my garage...

If you want to supply with your lies, atleast add some kind of proof like a video.

I asked you through sidechat to explain your actions, and asked for u to come on ts which you completely ignored.

 
Rejected. If someones running at you will a gun out the last thing you do is get yours out. He had no chance to start rp. What do you expect.
