Description of what happened: Chased down an offroad and was only going to ticket the driver, i saw he had a gun and instantly went to stun him, some wierd lag went on and i died, PCSO Ethan then restrained him and you can quite clearly see him go from the restrained position to the ground where he then proceeds to shoot and kill PCSO Ethan.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: at first he would not join the teamspeak vowing he broke no rules, it was only when it was indicated that it was bannable what he did is when he decided to come on ts and with that bring a bad attitude with him.
